it is so terrifying being an adult and applying for jobs/internships and apartments, im like doing backflips trying to figure how to have normal adult professional conversations and what you’re REALLY supposed to say in interviews

My fav part is my boomer family members who tell me to demand speaking to the hiring manager and handing them my application by hand and not leaving until they read over it and/or to call them everyday asking them if I’m hired yet
