Hey ya’ll, college senior here, graduating on May 17th. I’m diagnosed ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, and am pursuing an autism diagnosis post-grad as recommended by my therapist. I’m graduating almost completely alone, incredibly depressed. Anyone relate?

I graduated alone last year and felt extremely depressed. It gets better after graduation. At least it did for me. Life goes on past school, for better or worse

Me currently except I went online to take care of my grandma and I literally don’t have any friends anymore

gosh, u should have done that sooner!! you could have gotten so many benefits from college with your disorder including extra time in exams and leniency 🤣 it’s okay tho, proud of you for going through with a diagnosis

also, you’re not alone. my adhd has made school and getting good grades way harder than my peers esp in my major, meaning i’m graduating late with basically no one left from my original class. one day at a time is all we can do!

I really really hope I end up having autism 🙏😭 I genuinely hate saying it because I don’t wanna say I want it because it’s “”quirky”” but I genuinely have struggled so much socially during college it would explain so much (But I also have depression and anxiety ON TOP of my ADHD so I do know that they overlap a lot and it might not actually be autism)

no fr it was a struggle for me socially as well, i’ve learned so much about my ADHD during college including how tightly related it is to autism, which is part of the reason the two terms get used interchangeably very often, so you’re not crazy for thinking this!
