As someone with adhd I hate thissss plz if you don’t understand just ask me more questions I want to know if u aren’t getting what I’m saying so we can talk it through and be on the same page

I usually use the “who what when where why and how” system to understand the world if that helps

U can start by just saying “wait sorry Im still not getting it” and then u can try repeating what they said back in ur own words and that will help you both figure out where ur going wrong
