Takes time to get rid of rejection dysmorphia. Slap the thoughts right back. Very real but it gets better. You’ll learn to give yourself grace

For me it just happened because it felt like the only option. Now that I’m doing better I have ideation of getting some ice cream or petting my cat to calm down. Xanax is also a good tool.

Same, probably happens for the same reason I ‘rage quit’ video games (pause, sit in silence for a minute, then close the game)
