That’s awesome! I have a very similar deal in my career since it’s not public-facing and not like a professional office job, so I’m lucky I can wear my hair up (I have neck tattoos) and wear my septum out, plus the freedom to dress and do my hair and makeup in my typical alt style is so freeing
