i hate always assuming people are telling the truth and taking their words earnestly bc I just unknowingly was part of this guy’s kink scenario because I was asking questions genuinely since he said yes when I asked if they were coming from curiosity

I'm so so sorry, that's awful. I've seen this happen to my coworkers a few times. I work at a massage therapy place and we get creepy calls all the time and new coworkers don't always recognize the signs or realize they can just hang up. please don't feel ashamed because it's not your fault, it was just a horrible man taking advantage

I was trying to say this isn't a super uncommon experience. I work front desk at a massage place so we get weird men calling all the time trying to bait us into talking about their fetishes (lots of foot stuff, trying to get us to explain our experiences with massage, "subtly" asking about happy endings, etc. they start off normal and then it gradually gets worse) and so I've seen a lot of coworkers get pulled into those conversations and not realize until too late what's actually happening
