Ok, I relate to this, actually. If you’re concerned you’re gonna hurt yourself, I want you to visualize a task strongly that isn’t going to hurt you, like drinking water, then laying down to rest/sleep it off

Once you’ve done that, pilot your body mech suit style if you have to. Consciously doing every move if you must. But stay safe and only do the safe task you visualized. And if you’re stuck stuck- like can’t move, try wiggling little pieces of you and pilot your body from there
