i've been on lexapro for some time now but to i took it 2 and a half hours before i normally do and felt like shit and sick all day, if i go back to my normal time tomorrow will i feel like shit again?

a small difference in the time you normally take your medication won’t make you sick, especially if your body is used to said medication. it must’ve been something wise

Lexapro has a half life of over a day iirc, I agree with the others that that’s not what made you sick

i had been working an 11 hour shift off no food and 4 hours of sleep, so that is possible but i assumed it was the lexapro cause i’ve done that before but never moved my medication time

I would point to the no food primarily! When I don’t eat / don’t eat enough I feel so ill. No energy, headaches, nausea, etc. Also not drinking enough water always fucks me up too
