
Yeah but doesn’t mean many employers will keep you. Plus reasonable is very subjective. Ones person accommodations could be beyond what the company can actually give. Example in accounting, deadlines are crucial. Many people in high valued positions work 70+hrs a week to meet basic standards. Assuming someone who needs accommodations for basic school work wont probably succeed as much as others. I’m not hating, but I think people should really try not relying on accommodations
Fair point. I’m simply not trying to hate as well. I used to need accommodations when I was younger, I needed to be on meds as well. But I just chose not to. I understand everyone is different but I just want people to know that sometimes overcoming challenges will pay out a fortune in the long run
