Honestly you too can be wearing that fit, there’s a lot of ways for men to dress up, they just sometimes have to get a bit artsy with it- like you can wear colorful scarves and get cool clothing too, even try stuff that’s traditionally more feminine and masc it up!

And then when you’re a big guy you get even less sizes and options. Neon yellow tshirts from Walmart or poop brown argyle sweater vest from DXL. Maybe if an old stylish fat man passes, you can find something at an estate sale, but thrift stores rarely have anything cute in my size.

You can do a lot with a button down shirt and some vests and/or coats. With menswear, it’s a lot more about small differences in the style

see i actually get mad and wish it could be as simple as it is for men. trying to buy work clothes was infuriating bc everything is skin tight or cropped and men can buy polo and button downs so easily and all i can find is some jank ass shit on amazon thats a sexualized button down 😫

Buttoned shirts are the way to go and you definitely need to know how to style it. Antique stores out thrift or you get lucky at garage sales. I wondered if I would get called gay for dressing the way I do but honestly I’ve only gotten compliments
