I love saying have a good one because then I don’t have to think about whether it’s have a good day, evening, weekend etc. Like whatever you’re having I hope it’s good

As a delivery driver. I prefer you don’t speak to me 😂 drop off at door directions are perfect and preferred lol. I don’t want to interact with strangers

I feel like that’s so weird 😭 Maybe cos I’m from the Caribbean, but strangers aren’t gonna bite you man. Nodding and saying “have a good one” shouldn’t be so scary, but I feel like Americans are lowkey scared to do it. And that’s coming from an introvert! (No hate to you. I just find the fear of ALL social interaction strange.)

Well considering I’m usually doing deliveries from 7 pm to 2 am. I’ve been greeted at the door by sketchy people, people not fully dressed, as well as delivering in not good areas. I want to get in and out. Also I’m a woman. I have no guarantee that the person behind that door isn’t a creep that might try something.

I use this all the time because I swear everyone has a different time that correlates to the switch between morning and the start to the afternoon, end of afternoon start of evening, etc. Saying good one lets me hit all 3 times at the same time
