There’s definitely some people that say stuff like that because they do have some mild ocd, but it is definitely thrown around way too much now. Like I don’t like the idea of gatekeeping a diagnosis, because it “isn’t serious enough”, but I also don’t like the idea of a diagnosis meaning nothing because everyone says they have it, even when they don’t.
