i hope it’s better in ur area 😭 but i live in a pretty liberal area and have had a lot of trouble finding any open positions, let alone ones that will hire queer ppl. my internship at a HS had a gay teacher who was always getting shit,, i don’t think there’s a chance for me (trans) to get a job rn lol. maybe in a few years though :|||
