I have the dark spots as well. It’s the worst when someone (especially parents) are like stop picking or you’ll get scars. As if I didn’t know that, as if I’m not already covered.

Micro needling is supposed to help with both the hyperpigmentation and pocking related to acne scars, I’m planning on getting some done on my scars as soon as I can afford it after graduation

my moms literally watched me pick at my skin my whole life… so tell my why now she’s accusing of me using needles 💉 because my skin darkened. I feel so misunderstood

I like that a lot actually! thanks for the idea :) it is still fairly expensive but it’s nice to know that things like that exist to help
