I've got serious Goob Syndrome 😭 I always think everyone hates me and is praying on my downfall, and everything is out to get me. When in reality, everything is fine and happy and love and light- I just literally can't see reality as it is 😭

Seriously, this is a huge part of depression. Always seeing the worst in things. Consider talking to a doctor or psychiatrist

I also always expect the worst to such an extent I can almost make myself think my thought up scenarios are actually happening 🥲

If you have incredible self hatred, the best thing I can recommend is using it to convince yourself that you’re too unimportant to hate. I use it, myself. :’D

Sometimes people don’t intentionally see the worst in everyone but what if that’s all they’ve ever been used too ? It’s very possible so it’s completely understandable

NOT TRAUMA DUMPING, just sharing: I’m aware that my pessimistic worldview is inaccurate and due to depression, but the depression makes me care too little to go about fixing it anyways, lol

In more gentle terms, understand that most people will be concerned first and foremost with themselves, and generally ignore what they don’t perceive as a threat.
