How do you start eating again after being sick? I know logically but I mean emotionally, how do I do it? Any tips?

soup, crackers, rice, anything super simple that is easy to digest i’ve never had any issues, and soup is warm and makes you feel all nice

Eat slow and with very small bites, drink water with it too

“brat” diet! (bananas, rice, applesauce, toast) aka bland, low fiber foods
