Okay wait… I think I found something that works for my AuADHD I have one day a week I call my “accountability” days. On those days I FORCE my self to do everything I need to stay caught up. My overall goal is to do them daily but I add zero pressure
I feel like that’s something I should try too. I keep getting overwhelmed but if I could just get things done in a day, I’d feel so much less stressed I think

To myself unless it is an “accountability” day. That way I can enjoy resting/ preventing burnouts. And im also preventing the guilt from not getting anything done. So far its actually keeping me pretty productive.
