Has anyone smoked/vaped nicotine for a significant amount of time and quit? I’m curious as to whether neurodivergent people may have an easier time with the quitting process.

I think it depends on the kind of neurodivergence and even symptoms in the same diagnosis. I vaped for years but I have the object impermanence thing so if it's out of sight it's out of mind and quitting wasn't too difficult.

It's been 2 years since I quit and I do still hold this chunky highlighter sometimes if I'm having a hard time falling asleep bc I would always fall asleep holding my vape and somehow this works too

It doesn’t seem to bother me when I quit especially when it’s out of sight out of mind. I only want it when I see someone hitting my specific flavor of vape I used to like

I smoked for several years and then quit smoking by vaping, vaped for several more years before quitting. I don’t know if I had an easier time than average but it was not easy either time.
