This is the perfect place to share that in therapy I’m doing something called “parts work” with the Internal Family System (IFS) approach, and it reminds me SO MUCH of the Sanders Sides! I actually was already very familiar with the “anxious part” because of self-reflection after seeing Virgil 😅
