Does vaping make ARFID worse??? I’ve been vaping for like 2 years and istg it’s made me unintentionally lose a shit ton of weight. Lmk if quitting improves your ARFID
Being irritated and uncomfortable from nic withdrawals makes my arfid worse for sure but quitting would probably help overall if I could get past the initial discomfort

Even if it doesn’t you really should quit vaping anyway

Ahhh this makes sense. And once you get to a certain point with smoking/vaping your body is just in a constant state of low-level withdrawal bc it can’t get enough nic to satisfy the craving. It’s super fucked up. Wishing health for both of us

Agreed. Vaping (and nicotine in general) is one of the worst things you can do for yourself, 100%. Unfortunately I’ve been such a heavy smoker for the past two years and every time I’ve tried to quit the withdrawals are nuclear so it’s tough
