I have to fake most of my facial expressions or my laughs when im talking to most people. Otherwise I come off as strange. Do most of you also have to do that? I am not that entertained by most things that people have to say

I think this pretty normal tbh, I work in customer service and we often fake our laughs and smiles or are exaggerating them. even with people I know and that I like I may force a laugh sometimes because that's just polite and I don't want them to feel bad if a joke lands flat
