It’s my first year and I’ve barely started and I already feel like this. ADHD sucks, and it sucks even more trying to get accommodations for it

stop playing video games and using social media until u get work done. it sucks ass but its the only way for me. force yourself

It was hard for me, but I think it was more because my doctor made it more complicated than it had to be. It’s supposed to be pretty straight forward
