this is why i dont wanna go to a therapist, i have to tell them EVERYTHING and i might not even like them so i have to tell the next person EVERYTHING

I was telling my current psychiatrist what meds I was on the first time I met with her and she was like “girl are you okay?” Like no, no I’m not 😀

Kinda related but I had a new doctor and I had to tell her I was trans 😭😭😭 thankfully she was actually extremely supportive and very willing to help me continue my HRT and actually was really knowledgeable and helpful, which is rare for trans care
