Wait is this an adhd and/or ASD thing? I thought this was just a thing I do lol

Horrible cycle. Once I find a good song and overplay it, I have nothing else to listen to. Then I finally find another good one. Then I over play that. ALSO hate when I listen to a new song and I LOVE it but I listen again and suddenly I’m like “this is mid, Why was I so hype?” It was just a mini specific mood that made me feel it and I’ll never get it to hit again

I listened to 5500 minutes-worth of Queens of the Stoneage songs last year after discovering them in June. Now I don’t listen to them at all

I wanna say more like adhd cuz it’s the hyper-emotion of LOVING IT and overdoing it and then getting bored. Ups and downs

It can be both!! Look up auditory stimming-it can definitely fall into that category^^
