How do I help remind my brother about certain responsibilities without being a dick? My twin brother (we live together in college) has ADHD and he can be really forgetful about certain things like calling my mom/ doing certain chores. More in comments

I try to remind him best I can but he just… usually doesn’t remember. I’m on the autism spectrum so I don’t wanna be mean but I’m getting frustrated ngl. I’d greatly appreciate any advice for helping keep him on schedule without seeming like a controlling douchebag
