i genuinely think i have autism + adhd but my executive functioning and anxiety is so bad that i can’t bring myself to find a therapist/psychologist to get help,,,sigh

I relate to this so much, it took me forever to actually seek help bc of executive dysfunction. My tip is clear out everything else u have to do, make it ur number one priority. u can do it online without leaving ur house. or tell someone close to u that ur having issues and need their help making an appointment and just for general support. I wish u the best
