Currently loop im stuck in:
1. Wake up, eat breakfast.
2. Take meds, get ready for work.
3. Go to work, work hard from the meds
4. Notice low energy from lack of food in my stomach
5. Come home exhausted, too tired to make food and go to sleep.
6. Repeat.
have you tried meal prepping dinner? do you eat at work?

I used to 2 years ago when I was in a better mental state and had a lighter schedule. I try to eat at work but doesnt really work since im constantly on the move. :/
