I usually have special carnation chocolate milk I drink in the morning that has vitamins, minerals, protein, fiber for when I’m too nauseous to eat breakfast(which is often). Something basic like fruit, nuts, trail mix, anything bland but nutrient dense is ideal, but don’t worry abt it being healthy. It being food is all that matters.
I have the same issue, so far I’ve found that (like the other comments say) bland food is generally easier. What I’ve found works for me is to always have some sort of snack around, that way when I’m doing other things I can eat and not think about it. A big part of it is also just going and getting food even when it seems like too much effort for something I don’t really want (I frequently fail).
