I’ve always had really bad memory and I assume it’s a combination of the depression and the Trauma but genuinely it’s kinda worrying but it’s always been like that and idk what to do. My sister has had her car for years and I couldn’t recognize it.

Like I went into Walmart to get a prescription and I was able to remember the lane she parked in, but just couldn’t identify her car among the other cars. I see that car every week. This cannot be normal
