TAKE ITTTT i started a salaried position at a school recently and it’s been a great opportunity to make meaningful contributions to my savings & 401k

Real talk, I’ve worked at a uni for 6 years, and it’s been the best 6 years of my life. Better than undergrad. Take the job, make adult friends remember to take the time to make the job fun! Our coworker ran the social media for the Uni and we would spend hours making memes and brainstorming for him. Best job ever, left for $$$ 😔

that’s what i figured too but i looooove my current part time job at a nonprofit and im kinda nervous to move to a new position with more responsibilities that i might hate 🥲 but i know this position on my resume might allow me to gain a fulltime permanent with them eventually
