in order to take a day off at my job you have to go to the work group chat and ask if anyone is willing to take your shift I did that a few weeks ago and no one volunteered so I have to go back in there and beg again this is so embarrassing

in my experience, people only take your shifts if you've taken one if theirs before. you gotta plant the seeds before you harvest

I've only worked there for a few months but I've taken quite a few shifts at this point I work on weekends though so no one wants my shifts
