Vyvanse made a huge difference with this last job but it was too late unfortunately. Too many issues had already happened

I'm typically pretty good with interviews and at my jobs! But, I'm very mindful about what jobs I apply to and only do ones that I would be suited to. Like I'm great at front desk jobs because I like problem solving and having a vague script of how interactions should work is all I need to be good socially. But on the other hand I know I could never be a waitress since that would be too overwhelming so I never apply to those jobs
