does your school have a mental health team. first steps is to go to them. dont be afraid to tell your psychiatrist your concerns about having adhd/autism. its hard to take the first steps especially if you have adhd but its worth it 100% you got this is bro

You need to make an appointment with a psychologist. You can call the number on the back of your insurance card for psychologist who are in network :)
