My audhd people do NOT sleep on making lists and schedules for the littlest things. My pre work schedule and nightly checklist have saved me from being overwhelmed in the morning and forgetting things 💀🙏 this took me too long to start doing
Oh I’m ALREADY on it I have a whole planner I use to plan my tasks for the day so I don’t forget them. I don’t outright schedule myself cause I don’t like it being that rigid but it still MAJORLY helps

oh i’m knowing i be hella locked in after smoking and i take vyvanse for adhd. eliminates everything in my head going on so i can just focus. adderall was my worst nightmare
