I am short and small, but I went through a similar thing with my parents. They would call me annoying or loud constantly. Maybe that’s partially bc I was born female and it was “inappropriate” for a girl to be hyperactive. They pretty much taught me that I had to be quiet all the time and not cause any problems. And if I got emotional or upset, that I would be seen as crazy or hysterical. But I understand that taller people can be viewed as more intimidating and aggressive, even if they aren’t.
I think people are so separated from community these days that they judge anyone who expresses anger, frustration, or other “bad” emotions. You’re either seen as crazy, not taken seriously, or viewed as dangerous based on your appearance. If you surround yourself with the right people, they should never make you feel like a burden because you have emotions that you gotta express
