Email is innately passive. Phone calls and in-person visits are how people actually get things done anywhere there are big office environments! They tie up the other person’s time until your issue is solved. You are owed this, especially for financial aid, and do not feel otherwise.

Yeah, I was gonna give them more time to get back to me but I’m gonna be traveling today and will be out of the country for a week so I don’t have time anymore to wait for them to get back to me. I’m 100% asking for a refund when I come back tho
