Always heard it described as autism is being unable to make decisions without ALL the facts. ADHD, is making a decision purely based on vibes no info and AuDHD is collecting information till you eventually make a snap semi-informed decision.

this was me picking out my new glasses. i went alone so i called like 5 different people, talked to random strangers & made multiple friends in the process of doing so, & then FINALLY settled on a pair. smth that could’ve been 15 mins turned into over an hour 😭 great service tho, esp from the guy checking me out bc i swapped out the first pair i had chosen for the current one i have. AND then again going back to him to checkout sunglasses 😭😭 can’t ever makeup my mind

really? i’m diagnosed with adhd but i can never make a decision without agonizing over it and revisiting in my head wondering if another option would’ve been better
