I think friends are a worthwhile investment. They keep you from getting a little too up to your devices, not to mention, they make great sounding boards on how to make decisions with incomplete information. Just gotta find people with low effort social congruencies. I meet up with a friend who’s in the same major for dinner and trivia like once a month. He likes steak I like trivia, so it works out.
