For me Zoloft made it worse tbh, might be worth trying something that isn’t an ssri

Might be time for some exposure therapy. Pick a thing you’re not good at right now (but want to learn) that isn’t incredibly outwardly consequential (workup to outwardly consequential) and do it, even badly. Once you do it badly enough times you’ll start getting better at it. Then move on to something else. There are something’s meds can’t fix, they can only help support you, you have to do the real work on your own.

There’s other stuff that might work better than Zoloft - there was for me at least

i’m on paroxetine (paxil) & buspar (anti anxiety med). my depression isn’t severe but i have to take an antidepressant too bc my anxiety is too severe for only the buspar to help. i have GAD & social anxiety disorder btw.

Or like more accurately Zoloft numbed out my anxiety but made my depression worse, sorry lol I misread the post a bit. However I’m in buspar for anxiety and it actually works much better for me at least. Everyone reacts different to different things

Wellbutrin changed my life fr fr. I used to be on SSRI’s too and it did the same thing you’re describing. I’ve got ADHD, Autism, Gen Anxiety, and MDD. Wellbutrin and Vyvanse combo is a godsend for me.

I took Wellbutrin and it made me so anxious I couldn’t sleep or eat 😭 but Zoloft saved my life it’s so interesting how the same medications can have completely different effects on people
