know u earned the break and u donโ€™t need to do anything and rest is in fact productive. also talking and figuring out why ur panicing in words as thoughts and/or on paper or to someone is helpful.

calming down: 54321 method- list 5 things you can see, 4 things you can feel, 3 things you can hear, 2 things you smell, and 1 thing you can taste. holding ice can help ground you. any form of art can help (journaling, coloring, drawing, painting, knitting, etc.) feeling better: try doing things that make you happy about being home. does your mom make really good soup? do you have pets? any friends back home? a really comfy blanket? anything that makes you happy at home can help
