I guess the long term thing to look at is that there is a dating show involving autistic people at all but in our current climate the fanbase might reflect how people are accepting as long as it’s palatable or endearing

No I feel this it makes me uneasy especially hearing comments from my mom who seems to fall in with the crowd “they’re just so sweet and genuine they just say what’s on their mind” also I heard this from a video but wanted to note that love on the spectrum has this more wholesome/low stimulating framing and the families have a lot of involvement whereas neurotypical dating shows are more fast paced/sexualized/gamified which isn’t necessarily a bad thing but contributes to infantilization
