It can be? It depends on context and who it is/if you have that understanding with them.

idk if i’d say it’s rude, but i don’t think it’s a good idea. things can get very easily misinterpreted over text. body language and tone are rlly important in a serious convo

Depends on the person and convo. Sometimes it is the better option but a lot of people put in person over text because of the potential for miscommunication. It’s a judgement call.
