Idk what to say when my therapist asks if I’m having racing thoughts because kind of but also there’s kind of nothing at all. Just void but like with the sensation of bees in my head. Not in a painful way but the buzzing. Bees in my head cant do shitttt
I feel this. It’s like my thoughts are racing in a way where I also have no thoughts or I can’t comprehend my thoughts.

say that exactly. they don’t know what you feel obviously, even just explaining it like that gives them an insight to it. they’ll also be able to help you identify it too
