I’m moving and switching internet providers. My current is making me have to call them to cancel my service. Whyyyyy. Just let me tap a button in the app or at least, like, chat or email a real human or something. Anything but the phone!

There was a law that was supposed to make every subscription cancelable through a few buttons online but that got fucked over this year 😭

We had to call to move our service too when moving. I think they want to talk to you so they know you’re not a scammer who hacked into your account.
