I’ve always felt like an outsider and had a hard time making friends in school. Like I was an alien or something bc I just couldn’t relate to anyone or “human” the way that others do

Always knew something was up but I was too smart to have anyone notice anything, now I’m 99% sure it’s autism (no diagnosis but how many people can ask me “are you autistic?” And how many times can my psych student roomie tell me I have traits before I start getting the hint) and sometimes when I reminisce about my childhood with my friends I’ll have the sudden realization that I was actually showing autistic traits and should’ve definitely been tested, alas mental healthcare here sucks
