Fuck chat, Im cray cray, I just hit my previous depression all time low like spring 2021. Being depressed enough to sleep 8hrs a day. I spent those five years since HAVING a 20s. I was staying up at least once a week all night consistently avg 4.5hrs

Is this really healthy to sleep a ton when I can just sleep when im dead and live more off the extra time I get not sleeping

8hrs min is average. I also don’t know what you mean by “having a 20s”. If you mean you’re in your twenties, 8hrs is still recommended minimum for that age range. I’m not wildly depressed and I sleep about 10-12 hrs a night just because that’s what my body needs. It’s different for everyone. If you’re concerned, see a doctor or psychiatrist.
