
8hrs min is average. I also don’t know what you mean by “having a 20s”. If you mean you’re in your twenties, 8hrs is still recommended minimum for that age range. I’m not wildly depressed and I sleep about 10-12 hrs a night just because that’s what my body needs. It’s different for everyone. If you’re concerned, see a doctor or psychiatrist.
