Addicted to my phone and scrolling. Grrrrrr I just don’t want to feel anything and alcohol makes me sick nowadays.

the first time i ever got drunk it got rid of all of my debilitating autism symptoms and i was addicted ever since. i’m 3 years sober now and it’s hard.
