
As an autistic guy, I have to disagree. There’s nuance to what is considered “not socially typical”. There’s behavior that could be considered weird and then behavior considered offensive. If you consistently exhibit offensive behavior (unintentionally ofc, bc autism), that would get you labeled a bitch. If I were to, I’d be labeled a dick or asshole or something equivalent. Weird behavior wouldn’t typically get you labeled as a bitch.
Sorry, I'm jumping in late. But the reason it says that it is less prevalent in the female population is because women DO mask. Biological women are better at adapting to things than men are. So a woman low on the spectrum could look around and learn how to act "normal" to fit in. So there are far less women diagnosed than men because it's often overlooked in women. Sorry for the long rant, this is my major.
