in terms of (1) disclosing the severity of a third party’s disability, (2) not making a reasonable accommodation recommended by a healthcare provider under ada, and (3) taking it upon oneself to assess the severity of a medical condition as someone who isn’t a healthcare provider. unless you’re considering diagnosed vs undiagnosed “more disabled,” which it is not.
