are you on their insurance? because if not then all you need to do is meet with a psychiatrist or testing center. if you are on their insurance then you can call the insurance and ask what privacy you're afforded and what the account holder is told about your activities. if the insurance doesn't provide privacy then you're probably going to have to go out of pocket. or your school may have an on staff psychiatrist which should be free or not cost much
